Slow Flow Vinyasa
Held on Wednesdays at 1015am. An all-levels flow and strength class that will energize your mind and body. Students can expect to drop into their experience with breath awareness, warm up the body with core and upper-body work, flow through invigorating standing and balance postures, and then cool down into savasana. Set to lively music, students will get the opportunity to have fun as they attend to concentration, grow flexibility from wherever they are, and build strength.

Held on Sundays at 7pm. A quiet yet profound and highly therapeutic style of yoga that is available to all students at all levels. The power of Yin is in its long-held relaxed floor postures. This kind of stretch stimulates the deep, connective “Yin” tissues of the body, affecting not only the physical body, but also energetic aspects of the self. Yin yoga strengthens the flow of prana (life force) or chi, maintains the health of the meridian system of the body, and as an additional bonus contributes to the mindfulness necessary for a successful meditation practice. 4 person max.
