Next week group classes are canceled, I will be facilitating my annual women's only retreat, Goddess Getaway! This is the 4th annual Goddess Getaway, and what a joy this weekend ALWAYS is. For more information check out the Events page.
Mark your calendars, we will resume group community classes, Wednesday slow flow @1015 and Sunday Yinlicious @7pm, on August 25th.
