We gather once a month near the evening of the Full Moon to enjoy a 90 minute Yin flow designed to capture the energy of the full moon! Come ready to relax and reset! Jesse's acoustic guitar set alongside a mindful sequence lit by candlelight will leave you feeling nourished and free!
