Held on Wednesdays at 10:15am. An all-levels flow and strength class that will energize your mind and body. Students can expect to drop into their experience with breath awareness, warm up the body with core and upper-body work, flow through invigorating standing and balance postures, and then cool down into savasana. Set to lively music, students will get the opportunity to have fun as they attend to concentration, grow flexibility from wherever they are, and build strength. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
